All raw materials used are processed and delivered by companies operating in the Apulian territory. Furthermore, the “Mordi la Puglia” supply chain concept is based on company values such as sustainability and enhancement of the territory:
- Collaboration with local farmers and producers;
- Preference for suppliers who use renewable energy in their production activities;
- Utilizing the existing distribution network of suppliers in the territory to optimize deliveries;
- Selection of typical Apulian products, such as tomatoes, dairy products, durum wheat, etc.;
- Creation of tailor-made products;
Implementation of a traceability system to monitor every phase of the supply chain, ensuring the origin and quality of products, with transparency in production processes, with detailed information.
