PRIVACY POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
This notice is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable national legislation on the protection of personal data. It describes the methods used to process personal data by Mastro Ciccio S.r.l. in the context of its business activities, both online and offline.

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Privacy Policy applies to all management coding relating to the personal data of Users, Customers, Employees, Suppliers, Stakeholders, and, in general, contacts related to the ownership of Mastro Ciccio S.r.l. on any channel, any platform (including, but not limited to, websites, e-commerce platforms, apps, etc.), and/or physical and/or virtual management environment, and with any technical collection, processing, and storage method, in compliance with the exclusive purposes stated in this policy.
4. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The data processed and stored by Mastro Ciccio S.r.l. may be classified as personal data, according to the following non-exhaustive examples:
a) personal data (name, surname, email, etc.);
b) images (photos/videos) collected for commercial and institutional communication purposes;
c) health data relating to intolerances/allergies or similar.
The aforementioned data categories are characterized by specific processing and the express consent of the data subject
5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

commercial, in order to guarantee the User the best user experience based on the study of his/her purchasing behavior and expressed preferences and/or intolerances/allergies and/or particular needs;

6. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Provision of data for the above purposes is always optional. Refusal to provide data will generally result in the impossibility of providing the best service and/or professional relationship. This is without prejudice to Mastro Ciccio S.r.l.’s exemptions from liability—which, in internal and external communications, expressly indicates the allergens present in the various preparations served—in the event of failure to declare food allergies/intolerances.
Employees’ data provision is mandatory for the purposes required by law, in terms of implementing the employment relationship and fulfilling the administrative, legal, and tax obligations inherent to the specific relationship.
7. USE AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The data subject’s personal data will not be disclosed and will be processed only by authorized personnel or third parties appointed as Data Processors.
Furthermore, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without explicit consent. The data may be disclosed to qualified third parties (including IT service providers or, alternatively, judicial authorities) only for the purposes necessary to provide the service, or as required by law or by order of the Authority.
8. RETENTION PERIOD
The data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes of collection and subsequently for regulatory or legal obligations.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR free of charge by writing to privacy@mastrociccio.it.
In particular, they have the right to:
a. access their data and obtain a copy thereof;
b. request their modification and/or deletion;
c. obtain restriction of processing, where and to the extent the conditions are met;
d. object, for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them;
e. lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
